After searching for a few days in the Marina of Mazatlán for people crossing the Sea of Cortez I finally got in contact with Brian who invited me directly to come aboard his 41 feet catamaran Southernease to explain his travel plans to me and show me around his boat. Immediately it was clear to me that I would get involved in this adventure. In the end I spent three weeks at sea with incredible experiences.
